    The most successful companies at exhibitions are those who’ve maximised their chances of succeeding in their objectives through careful planning, promoting their presence in advance and by taking advantage of the event’s promotional opportunities (many of them free of charge) enabling them to stand out from the crowd.

  • Increase your visibility BEFORE the show

     
    1. Complete your online Company Profile

    As part of your Exhibitor Package, you are provided with an online company profile on the event website. Make use of it and fully complete your company description and details of the products you provide to help visitors to the Exhibitor Directory decide to put you on their “must-see” list at the event. You can access and amend your Company Profile via the Exhibitor Directory

    2. Consider your Show Catalogue entry

    Your 100-word show catalogue entry will be taken from the information you add to your Company Profile on the exhibitor portal. The contact details and the product categories will also be taken from this and printed in the catalogue, which is used as a reference guide for visitors all year round.
    To really stand out from the crowd upgrade your entry to include a logo box or photograph, please contact us for details of all the options.

    3. Use social media and your website

    Social media is a great way to engage easily, instantly and cost-effectively with customers, prospects, industry experts, press and associations to build networks and reach people that may never have been possible before. Make sure that you add your social media links to your Company Profile so visitors can join your networks. Get started by following our channels (see bottom of this page) and tag your posts #whyincosNA.

    4. Tell people you’re attending

    Make sure that everyone knows you’re attending in-cosmetics North America. Download marketing material for official in-cosmetics North America web and print banners and logos with your company name and stand number to include in your digital communications. Or for a more personal touch send a personalised invitation.
