What should you know before you choose your stand?


The floorplan indicates which spaces are still available for you to choose from. With demand for exhibiting very high, the availability reduces the closer we get to show, and therefore the choice of where to be located does too. As a result, it’s important to book your stand as far in advance as you can.

The floorplan is updated every month and therefore the available spaces (marked in white) may already be booked – contact our sales team to discuss availability.

What are in-cosmetics Zones & Pavilions?

When choosing your location you should consider whether you fit into one of our zones or pavilions.

Pavilions are a cost-effective option, allowing you to reach your target audience for a fraction of the price of a regular stand. Exhibiting within a country pavilion offers high visibility for buyers solely wishing to network with suppliers from a particular geographical region.

Zones are designed to provide a platform for exhibitors within a specific industry sector to gain visibility by grouping them together in a defined area on the floorplan, making it easy for visitors seeking those products to find them. If your products/services relate to an in-cosmetics North America Zone, then consider being located in the zone options for 2019: Basic Booth Zone or Business France Zone.

The zones are outlined in dark blue on the floorplan.
