     If you’re interested in exhibiting with us this year, you’ll be in the perfect location to capitalize on one of the strongest and most important markets in the personal care ingredient industry. In the next four years, the value of the US beauty market is set to increase by 18% from $80m to $90m.
     
    In 2017, over 150 exhibitors showcased their products and services at our second edition of in-cosmetics North America. With 49% non-US based exhibitors coming from 20+ countries, the third edition of this unique event is already in great demand.

    We want to make it easy for you to understand what your options are, so to get started simply follow the steps below and contact us to help guide you on what to consider.

    Step 1: Pick your stand location

    The first step towards securing your place as an exhibitor at in-cosmetics North America is to choose the stand location that is best for you.

    View the floorplan and choose one of the available (white) stands. Make a note of the number of open sides and the colour aisle that the stand touches.

    The floorplan is updated regularly but it’s possible the available spaces (marked in white) may already be booked – contact our sales team to discuss up to date availability.

    Step 2: Choose your stand type

    Once you have decided the preferred location of your stand, the next task is to consider what type of stand build you would like.

    There are three options to choose from to suit your specific needs:

  • 1. Basic booth:

    This package is only available in designated areas of the floorplan. A team member will be able to talk you through the location of the stand. Basic furniture and a name board will be provided.

    2. Shell Scheme:

    This includes rear and dividing walls, carpet, furniture, name board, spotlights and electrical socket. You will also have the option of purchasing an enhanced name board to make it bigger and/or add you logo to it.

    3. Premium scheme

    This is the perfect option if you're keen to increase your visibility and is fully project managed by a dedicated show contractor guiding you through the process both before and during the show. See the options below:

    Depending on the type of registration you choose, different benefits are included. Standard registration includes listing in the exhibitor directory, product directory and in the show catalogue or pocket guide. To really stand out from other exhibitors to potential customers you can choose a premium package that will promote your company and brand in more prominent positions on this website.

    You can also choose to upgrade your booking now or at a later date. Contact a memeber of the sales team to discuss further.

  • Step 3: Promote yourself

    The most successful companies at exhibitions are those who’ve maximised their chances of succeeding in their objectives through careful planning, promoting their presence in advance and by taking advantage of the event’s promotional opportunities (many of them free of charge) enabling them to stand out from the crowd.
